Dawn has been a personal trainer for more than 20 years and held numerous certifications. She gets real results for her clients and is extremely versatile. She trains high school and college athletes as well as the everyday working person and the elderly population as well. She has helped many people over the years to either simple become healthier in general, go from obese and on medications to a healthy weight and able to ditch medications . Others to fulfill their dream of being in the best shape of their life. Some to achieve their goals of getting college scholarships in their sport or others of winning a fitness competition. Whatever your goal may be she has the years of experience in various training techniques to get you there.
With more than 20 years of experience in group training Dawn knows how to run a fun, challenging and exciting boot camp class. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am . Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:00 am
Having competed and won numerous body building competitions herself as well as coached many other men and woman to compete in Bikini, Figure, physic and body building competitions. Dawn knows how to lay out an effective and achievable plan for you to take home the hardware.
No worries if your not local and still want to train with Dawn. Or if you simply want to take your fitness on vacation with you. This can be done by either emailed written workout programs or through Skype training, Its also a very affordable option. Written workouts are a Great for folks working on a budget or for folks that are not local. Also a good option for folks who know the basics of working out but just need something fresh and new to add to their routine.

Your results are largely dependent upon your diet. Bottom line is you cant out train a bad diet. You could have the best workout routines and habits and still not reach your goals because you don't have the right meal plan. Dawn will discuss with you your current diet , your likes and dislikes with food and your schedule then write a plan that ill help you reach your goals based off of that information.
